Introducing the Industrial Non-Fried Instant Noodle Making Equipment Production Line

Application:
Our production line is expertly designed for the industrial crafting of both fried and non-fried instant noodles, seamlessly encompassing the entire process from flour to the final noodle formation.

With adjustable size and gram weight for noodle blocks, each production line can be equipped with dual noodle box sets, allowing for the creation of two distinct noodle block sizes. This versatility caters to customer demands for greater variety. Featuring a high degree of automation, the entire process from flour to finished products is fully mechanized, requiring just 2 operators. The impressive capacity ranges from 60,000 to 400,000 pieces per 8-hour shift, ideal for fulfilling the extensive needs of large enterprises.
Our fried instant noodle production line skillfully crafts a diverse array of renowned products including Indomie, Nissin Foods, Maggi, MAMA, Wai Wai, Shin Ramyun, and Master Kong. Additionally, we offer customization based on customer samples, fostering lasting partnerships with clients across more than 50 countries.

Utilizing low-pressure steam sources maximizes energy efficiency by reducing steam consumption (approximately 350-400Kg per 1000Kg of finished product, over 80% efficiency). 3. Independent internal and external trawling power, minimal gap at entry and exit, and a plastic steaming net chain reduce mesh belt weight while extending service life.
