Feature:
1. New noodle making process: the original noodle strip and noodle wadding compound continuous calendering mechanism forms a layered gluten network. After the roll is matured, the noodle is continuously calendered and formed. The formed fresh wet noodle is more elastic, chewy and more smooth.
2. High degree of automation: From the flour wadding output by the dough mixer to the packaging of fresh and wet noodles, no manual intervention is required, and the whole process is fully automated.
