Horizontal Double-Shaft Dough Mixing Machine

1. The mixing paddle features a unique angle designto propel the flour in multiple directions, both forward and backward, significantly enhancing the uniformity of the mixing process.

2. The flour and water blend seamlessly, allowing the dough to achieve a moisture content exceeding 33.5% water, resulting in dough with superior toughness, stickiness, extensibility, and plasticity.

3. With the usage of a special gear reducer transmission box, it includes a refined lubrication and sealing system that substantially enhances the transmission device's working conditions, reduces noise levels, boosts transmission efficiency, and extends the device's lifespan.

4. Outfitted with a timing alarm device, the system automatically signals upon reaching the designated mixing time, complemented by an emergency stop button, proximity switch, and other safety devices.

Vertical Five-Axis Dough Mixing Machine


1. The dough undergoes five-axis mixing, achieving an excellent crushing effect that ensures more even moisture distribution across the dough.
