Saline water mixing system

1. For the fusion of salt or additives and water stirring.

2. Can do barrel external sandwich or internal coil over ice water or steam to control the temperature of the liquid.

Horizontal double shaft dough mixing machine

1. The mixing paddle adopts special angle design, which eliminates the problem of uneven axial direction.

2. The flour and water are mixed evenly, and the dough can contain more than 33.5% water, which makes the pastry stronger and more chewy.

3. Adopted special gear reducer transmission box, set perfect lubrication and sealing device, which greatly improves the working conditions of transmission device and increases transmission efficiency.

Ripening conveyor


1. The concept of static fermentation dough is introduced into mechanization, and the conveyor belt feeding realizes the first-in-first-out of materials.

Compound pressing

1. The compound calendering and continuous calendering equipment mainly consists of feeding device, rollers, rolling distance adjustment mechanism, scrapers, transmission system, etc.
2. The calendering rolls are made of high hardness and high chromium alloy steel, with stronger corrosion resistance, and the pressed face strip is smooth and full.
3. The pressure roller is driven by high-precision gears, and the material is mostly made of alloy steel, which has high strength and hardness and is durable.
4. The pressure roller adopts high chrome alloy casting roller, with high surface finish and high precision of face sheet thickness.
5. Adopting recipe management, it can realize automatic adjustment by inputting noodle varieties and specifications. It can also be fine tuned manually at the same time or unilaterally.
