Automatic splicing system: the first in the industry, patented by Haikejia. A supporting roller is added at the front end of the belt conveyor to make the angle at which the dough pieces enter the pressing roller more reasonable. The splicing belt conveyor can automatically lift. When the machine is turned on, the belt conveyor automatically rises, allowing the dough pieces to automatically enter the pressing roller. When the dough piece is running normally, the photoelectric sensor detects the dough piece, and the belt conveyor automatically drops and stops at the normal position. If the dough pieces fall apart during work, the photoelectric sensor cannot detect the dough pieces, and the belt conveyor will automatically rise to realize the automatic splicing function.

All rollers adopt independent motor variable frequency drive, dual servo motor adjustment method: the gap between each pair of pressure rollers is set by two servo motors at the left and right ends to set the rolling ratio, and the roller spacing is automatically adjusted to achieve one-button control.

Hot air dryer
Advanced technology, reliable equipment, small footprint, low investment, and flexible operation.

Using a special mold box, the noodle belt runs smoothly and will not produce broken noodles.

Use a blower and a fin-type radiator with steam as the heat source to perform cycle drying in sections to ensure uniform drying and less energy consumption. Thermal efficiency can reach 45%~50%.

The radiator layout is optimized to achieve hot air circulation from top to bottom. The blower inlet is equipped with a butterfly valve to adjust the flow of fresh air. The linear speed of the chain belt can be adjusted through a continuously variable transmission.

There is a movable door on one side of the dryer, which is easy to open and facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
