1. The innovative mixing paddle incorporates a specialized angle designto efficiently propel flour in multiple directions, both forward and backward, enhancing the uniformity and consistency of mixing.

2. The flour and water mixture achieves a perfect blend, allowing the dough to contain more than 33.5% water, resulting in dough with exceptional toughness, stickiness, extensibility, and plasticity.
