New noodle-making process: With an original noodle belt and noodle wadding complex continuous calendering mechanism, we create a layered gluten network that, after rolling and aging, results in noodles that are continuously calendered and formed. The final fresh and wet noodles boast enhanced elasticity, chewiness, and a smoother texture.
High degree of automation: From the initial flour wadding output by the dough mixer to the final packaging of fresh and wet noodles, minimal labor is required as the entire process is largely automated.
