Compound pressing

Hot air dryer

1. Advanced technology, reliable equipment, small footprint, small investment and flexible operation.

2. Adopting special mold box, the noodle belt runs smoothly and does not produce broken noodles.

3. Adopting blower and finned radiator with steam as the heat source, the cycle drying is carried out in sections to ensure uniform drying and less energy consumption. The thermal efficiency can reach 45%~50%.

4. The layout of the radiator is optimized, the blower is equipped with butterfly valve at the inlet, which can adjust the size of the supplementary fresh air flow, and the line speed of the chain belt can be adjusted by stepless transmission.

5. One side of the dryer is equipped with a movable door, which is convenient to open and makes it easy to clean and overhaul.
