Pressing Has Three Functions:

2. During pressing, gluten proteins align from a chaotic state into a structured form. Under pressure, they thin out, become fibrous, and align along the roll's direction, developing a robust network that ensures the dough sheet gains optimal toughness and durability, guaranteeing product quality.

Cooking Machine:
1. Featuring a five-layer (or multi-layer) steamer design, this system extends cooking time, enhancing product gelatinization, all while optimizing space and site organization.
2. With a three-layer air intake system at both the front and back, this setup ensures excellent air tightness across all layers. Utilizing a low-pressure steam source, it significantly cuts energy costs (requiring only 350-400Kg of steam per 1000Kg of finished product). Additionally, cleaning and lubrication nozzles are installed for efficiency.
3. The independent trawling power for both internal and external sides minimizes the entrance and exit gap, while the steaming net chain crafted from plastic reduces mesh belt weight, thereby enhancing its lifespan.
