HICOCA'S noodle production line has advanced host technology and technological breakthroughs, enabling one person to start the machine with one hand, one-key setting of rolling ratio, intelligent matching of kneading noodles and rolling, automatic collection and transmission of information and data, memory and storage of production mode, and remote diagnosis of faults and analysis, intelligent maintenance and maintenance, etc., to provide intelligent services for noodle production.

According to the meteorological data information, analyze the climate conditions of the location, establish a drying model and carry out prediction and analysis of the drying effect, so as to determine the basic information such as the amount of external air consumption and heating capacity in different seasons, and then divide the drying room into partitions according to the characteristics of noodles, and then carry out fine-tuning.
