Vacuum Dough Mixer

1. Under vacuum, the water sprayed in is easily atomized, which ensures the uniformity of water addition;

2. Under vacuum, there is no gas in the flour, the water can easily penetrate into the interior and the mixing effect is improved;

Dough Maturing Machine

1. The concept of dough resting and waking is introduced into mechanization, and the conveyor belt feeding realizes the first-in-first-out of materials.
