Horizontal Double-Shaft Dough Mixing Machine

1. The mixing paddle features an innovative angle designthat propels the flour in multiple directions, both forward and backward, enhancing the mixing uniformity.

2. The flour and water blend seamlessly, allowing the dough to incorporate over 33.5% water, resulting in an ideal balance of toughness, stickiness, extensibility, and plasticity.

3. Incorporating a specialized gear reducer transmission box, it boasts a superior lubrication and sealing system, greatly advancing the transmission device's condition, minimizing noise, elevating transmission efficiency, and extending its lifespan.

4. Complete with a timing alarm system, it automatically signals at the designated mixing duration and includes safety features such as an emergency stop button and proximity switch for added security.

Vertical Five-Axis Dough Mixing Machine


1. The dough transitions into five-axis mixing, achieving superior crushing for more uniform moisture distribution within the dough.

2. The dough barrel utilizes a window-type structure, capable of storing approximately 200Kg of material.

2. The scraper, crafted frompure copper, is controlled by a cylinder mechanism. When the operation halts, the scraper loosens, allowing for easy cleaning. Upon machine activation, the program dynamically engages the cylinder to apply pressure on the scraper.

3. Each roller is independently powered by a motor with frequency conversion, utilizing a double servo motor adjustment technique for precise, one-touch roller spacing control.

4. Advanced PLC programming dynamically adjusts the face belt tension using proportional power-on eye detection. This ensures synchronization of each roller's running speed.

5. Innovative real-time detection monitors bearing temperatures and automates oil filling, effectively preventing bearing failures due to oil scarcity and minimizing labor efforts.
