Highlights

1. New noodle making process

The original noodle tape and noodle floc are compounded and continuously calendered. The noodle floc layer faces the inner side and the two noodle sheets are compounded, so that the gluten network is better formed and has a layered sense. Elastic, chewier and smoother.
